- Active members are the people you've added to your group roster. If someone leaves and you remove them, you stop being charged for them at your next renewal.
- Days 1-45: full access, no card required. Days 45-60: add a card to keep access — we save it to your account but don't charge it yet. Day 60: we charge the card. You can cancel any time before day 60 and pay zero dollars. We'll remind you by email before your card goes on file and again before the first charge.
- Yes, cancel anytime from the billing portal. If you cancel before day 60 (during the trial or grace period), no charge is ever made — nothing to refund. If you cancel after your first annual charge, your subscription ends at the next renewal date; we don't issue partial-year refunds because the grace period already gives you time to decide before paying anything.
- Adding members mid-year bills you a prorated amount for the remaining months. Removing members credits your next renewal. If you grow past 100 members, you're still capped at $700/year — adding members to a capped group costs nothing extra.
